In the event of repair or refurbishment, please contact us via email or by phone in order for us to provide you with a service center address.
All Jeanne Audio products being returned for repair must include the following:
- A copy of the proof of purchase receipt (Warranty will not be honoured without a copy of this receipt).
- A note detailing any problems experienced with the unit. Please be as specific as possible noting any symptoms, frequency and\or any information relating to what operation\action was being carried out prior to the fault occurring.
- A contact name, contact number\s and shipping address. Please ensure these details are correct so that we may contact you if required and to also ensure that the unit is returned the right address. |
